This policy explains what Workinger collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Workinger operates coworking and private office space at 1st Floor, Glassbox Building, Plot 5, next to Prakash Opticals, opposite West High Court Road, Dharampeth Extension, Nagpur 440010, and at 705, B-2 Wing, Boomerang Business Park, Chandivali Farm Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072. What we collect
If you send the enquiry form, we collect the name, phone number and email address you enter, what you tell us you are interested in, how many people you mentioned, when you need the space, and anything you write in the message box. We collect nothing else through the form.
If analytics is enabled on this site, our analytics provider collects standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and whether you clicked the call or WhatsApp buttons. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to work out which plan fits what you described, and to follow up if you asked us to. We use your phone number to call or message you about your enquiry. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Enquiries reach our email and our customer relationship management system, which is used only by Workinger staff handling enquiries. Nobody outside the business gets access to it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@workinger.in and we will action it. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you also have the right to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and to complain to the Data Protection Board.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to distinguish one visit from another. The embedded Google Map on the contact page is served by Google and is subject to Google's own policies.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
